CapISA SPM - Sustainability Performance Management

CapISA SPM is a web-based CEMS product that helps organisations to calculate their carbon footprint. It allows users to perform a boundary-free Scope 3 greenhouse emissions assessment of products, company divisions, or corporations. It also allows users to assess Scope 1 and 2 greenhouse emissions.

CapISA software is a tool that is based on the Integrated Sustainability Analysis (ISA) framework and has been developed at the University of Sydney. Based in Sydney, Australia, the company also has a physical presence in the UK. The software offers NGERS, EEO, NPI data compilation, and CPRS compliance. It also offers ISO 14064 PAS 2050, and CDP supply chain guidelines compliance.

The software is delivered as a web-based SaaS application and is hosted by CapISA. It runs on Windows and has been written in .Net. It is supported by the Microsoft SQL/Server, Oracle, Microsoft Access database servers and integrates with the Oracle Suite: Oracle OBIEE, Hyperion financial management, and Hyperion planning. It is licensed per named user (on a per year or monthly subscription). Standard phone support is available during business hours (Australian EST) with additional email support after hours. There are regular weekly updates and the system is available in English and Chinese.

CapISA can manage non-greenhouse emissions, such as energy, water, waste, land use, ecological footprint, toxic releases, employment, wages and salaries, imports, exports, taxes, profit, and others.
But it does not cover direct monitoring of energy use or emissions.
