credit360 is a web-based CEMS product that helps organisations gather sustainability data (environmental, social, and community), aggregating it for analysis and communication through printed and web based media. The system offers a flexible data collection structure, and parameters and indicators can be updated and changed to meet business and reporting requirements. It’s specific functionality inlcudes indicators, regions, user administration and data collation, analysis and charting of data. Modules that can be added to the system include: actions (performance management and score-carding), indexing (e.g. GRI, CRI, and UNGP), delegations, community investment (CI), and a content management system.

Headquartered in Cambridge, United Kingdom, the company has offices in Chicago and Sydney and reseller agreements in South Africa and Brazil.

The software offers Carbon Reduction Commitment (UK), NGERS (Australia), Energy Efficiency Opportunity program (Australia), GRI, and BITC Corporate Responsibility Index compliance. The system has been designed to comply with W3C XHTML 1.0 Transitional compliance, WCAG (AA) compliance with all priority 1 and 2 guidelines of the W3C Web Content Accessibility Guidelines.

The software is delivered as a web-based application as a SaaS hosted by credit360. It has been written in .Net and runs on the major platforms and database servers. The software is licensed per seat and is available in English, French, German, Spanish, and Chinese.

credit360 has an integrated content management module which enables users to integrate dashboards, charts, tables and reports into a user managed website or intranet. Data can be imported and exported using formats such as Excel and XML.
