CubeSystem

CubeSystem is a web-based CEMS product that helps organisations measure carbon emissions and includes inventory control and point-of-sale capabilities that are integrated with an accounting system. It incorporates emissions tracking and reporting functionality for business functionalities, such as general ledger, accounts payable, invoice processing and the fixed assets register.

Gamut Australia focuses on assisting organisations with financial and environmental sustainability and has released the CubeSystem to assist organisations to reduce the use of paper and consumables, and simplify business processes. It also provides information management software and services in the areas of general IT support services, warehouse management, point of sale and financial services to businesses across Australia and New Zealand since 1984. It operates in United States, Israel and United Kingdom. The software offers NGERS, Efficiency Opportunities (EEO), and Carbon Pollution Reduction Scheme (CPRS) Act compliance.

The software is delivered as a web-based application or as a SaaS application and is hosted by Gamut Global. The program runs on Windows or high-security THEOS operating system, and has been written in a combination of .Net and C# (.NETP Delphi (Pascal) – Classic Win 32 Multi-User Basic (THEOS). It is supported on a Microsoft SQL/server database server and is licensed per seat or per CPU core (on an annual or monthly subscription). Support is available during from 8:00am - 6:00pm (AEST) and additional support is available.

The software has been designed to be customisable to the specific requirements of individual customers, although it does not manage non-greenhouse emissions such as water and waste. The CubeSystem has been a designed for local Australian conditions. It is not a stand-alone emissions calculator or stand-alone CEMS product.
