Emission Manager is a web-based data management system and emissions calculation tool, designed specifically for the oil and gas industry for the calculation of facility and corporate level greenhouse gas (GHG) and criteria air contaminant (CAC) emissions, as well as GHG emission intensities.

The software assists in the response to the following regulations: Federal/AB Greenhouse Gases (GHG) Reporting, Specified Gas Emitters Regulation (SGER) Compliance Reporting to Alberta Environment (AENV), Canadian Environmental Protection Act (CEPA) Section 71, Canadian Association of Petroleum Producers (CAPP) Stewardship, National Pollutant Release Inventory (NPRI), and Energy Resources Conservation Board (ERCB) Dir 39/CAPP Best Management Practice (BMP) Benzene compliance.

The software is delivered as a web-based SaaS application hosted by Envirosoft and is run on Windows. It has been written in a Java and supports Microsoft SQL/Server. It is licensed on an annual or monthly subscription, and major version cycles are released every two years. It is available only in English and standard support is provided during business hours (Mountain Time Zone). It is able to integrate with petroleum registries, asset management systems, and production accounting systems.
