Enviance System GHG Management Solution

The Enviance System GHG Management Solution is a web-based CEMS product suite that helps organisations to calculate, store, and report on emissions inventory data in multiple standardised and non-standardised formats. Enviance also offers ‘Driving Change’, a remote mobile emissions monitoring and reporting system.

Enviance focuses on delivering software that automates and improves the management of compliance activities and offers solutions for GHG emissions management and sustainability. The software offers compliance to California Global Warming Solutions Act of 2006 (AB 32; Stats. 2006, chapter 488), US EPA proposed GHG reporting regulations (40 CR Parts 86, 87, 89, et al.), and voluntary GHG registries (such as TCR, CCAR, CCX) based on accepted international and industry-specific GHG calculation standards (such as API, WRI-WBCSD). It also is ISO 14000, OSHAS 18000 compliant.

The software is delivered as a web-based application and is hosted by Enviance, and is accessed using an internet browser. It has been written in a combination of .Net and C++. The application is licensed per named user, per seat (on a per annual or monthly subscription or a specific term).The software can integrate directly with most types of data sources using web services and published application programming interfaces (APIs), and also supports bulk data upload.

The software allows users to create calculations for emissions inventory, roll-up, and reporting, create their own reports and dashboards, create a compliance registry of applicable requirements including a integration to the Bureau of National Affairs (BNA) Cite-It database of US Federal and State regulations, and a mobile platform for Tablet PCs and PDA, with synchronisation via wireless connection or wired data upload. It can also capture some non-GHG emissions such as water.
