EnviroChart

EnviroChart is an on-demand (SaaS) web-based CEMS application that captures, analyses and reports energy, waste and water consumption data, greenhouse gas emissions and production metrics. It allows users to track inputs, emissions and intensities, manage abatement projects, reduce compliance costs, and manage their impact on the environment. It is a configurable system and report generation utility that allows organisations to meet both regulatory and corporate reporting requirements.

EnviroChart was first released in 2004 and is a division of Formation Technology Group, a Microsoft certified solution provider. EnviroChart’s head office is based in Melbourne, Australia.

The software is based on the ISO 14064 standard. It offers compliance to Australian national and state government reporting and audit requirements such as NGERS, EEO, EREP, NPI and CPRS. Additional reports and analyses may be customised to suit other regulatory and corporate requirements.

The software is primarily a web-based application and is accessible via a web-browser with Microsoft Office integration. It is a built on Microsoft.Net framework and SQL server. The software is licensed on a per site, user or server basis (internal hosting is available). It is available in English and SLAs are negotiated on a per-client basis.

It offers features such as configurable dashboard reports, single sign-on, data audits and controls, and project and document management. Any data types, such as energy, waste, water, refrigerants, chemicals, gases etc, can be created and tracked. It includes an import/export service which enables any third party system to integrate via a manual file upload facility or via an automated scheduled import routine.
