FoundationFootprint is a web-based CEMS product that uses encoded emails, SMS, Microsoft Office, customer and supplier integration, and secure web pages to collect monthly data from users.
Based in Auckland, New Zealand, Revolution ID has reseller agreements in Australia and also offers professional services for inventories and audits, Cleantech feasibility study and investigation and carbon compliance related risk analysis. FoundationFootprint is currently used by local government and organisations within the healthcare, mining, forestry, and transport industries.
The software offers NGERS – Australia, CRC – UK, ETS, and mandatory reporting for forestry sector compliance and complies with the GHG Protocol corporate standard ISO 14064 standard.
The software is delivered as a web-based application or SaaS hosted by Revolution ID. The program runs on any platform with an internet browser. It is written in .Net and supports the Microsoft SQL/Server database. The software is licensed per annum or monthly subscription and is available in English. German, French and Spanish language packs are available on request. Standard support is 8:30am-5:00pm (NZST) with 24 hour support, online help, training and how-to videos also available.
FoundationFootprint has an Energy Management module that offers analysis of current and historic electricity data transferred from a client’s supplier to FoundationFootprint. Real time business intelligence shows trends and ratios, such as seasonal change, energy costs and kWhs per day, as well as intensity ratios defined by a clients output. It can manage any resource, such as raw materials and any air, water, or land based emissions. There is currently no forecasting of emissions in FoundationFootprint but is expected early 2010.
