One Report

OneReport is a web-based CEMS product that helps organisations collect and manage sustainability data respond to investment research firms and the GRI reporting guidelines, distribute data to the financial community, and publish data to the internet. It aims to reduce overlapping data requests between research firms and GRI guidelines to reduce the total number of data requests.

Based in Brattleboro, Vermont, OneReport was developed in response to increasing market demands for the corporate governance, environmental, and social performance data of publicly traded companies. It is an online reporting solution that helps organisations to reduce overall cost of reporting and streamline their sustainability reporting process.

The software offers Global Reporting Initiative (GRI), and UN Global Compact compliance.

The software is delivered as a web-based application and is hosted by One Report. It runs on Windows and is available in only English. A standalone, OneReport Pro and OneReport Corporate version is offered.

OneReport offers a tool for creating confidential internal notes, an archive of past company surveys for import and reference, guidance notes, and workflow trails. It also allows users to report to multiple organisations and distributes sustainability data to the marketplace, such as to research and rating agencies. This is sent via electronic data feeds and password protected Web sites.
