TechniData Environmental Performance Solutions (EP) is a client-based CEMS product that helps organisations manage business compliance in relation to regulatory compliance requirements relating to environmental domains such as air, water and waste. It can manage the conditions of an operating permit for a single facility and monitoring of company-specific rules and performance indicators. It can allow users to manage permit and certificates, and non-greenhouse emissions.

TechniData focuses on providing environment, health and safety (EHS) software to assist organisations with compliance and also offers process expertise, implementation services, regulatory content and managed services. Based in Germany, it also has a physical presence in the USA and Bulgaria.

The software offers Title V, US Discharge Monitoring Report, NPDES, European Emissions Pollutant Register (EPER), Global Reporting Initiative (GRI), US EPA Clean Air Act, EU EPRTR, US Clean Water Act, and German Bundesimissionsschutzverordnung (BImSchV) compliance.

The software is delivered as a client-based application hosted internally by a client. It runs on Windows or SAP, and has been written in a combination of Advanced Business Application Programming (ABAP) and Java. It can be supported by Microsoft Access and XML.
