TREES (TRIRIGA Real Estate Environmental Sustainability) is a web-based CEMS product that helps organisations implement abatement projects that will reduce carbon emission, improve energy efficiency, and decrease costs. It allows organisations to identify underperforming facilities and processes, analyse financial and environmental benefits of sustainability investments, and automate energy reduction actions.

TRIRIGA focuses on the development and delivery of real estate lifecycle management software and services. The company has offices in the United States and Canada and operates globally through a network of Tier 1 business partners. TREES follows the Greenhouse Gas Protocol framework, and supports the transparency and accountability requirements of the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009, as well as the reporting requirements of Executive Order 13423.

The software is delivered as a web-based application. The program runs on Windows and Linux/Unix and is written in a Java. Database servers supported include Microsoft SQL/Server and Oracle and is available in English. The software is licensed per user.

TREES includes GIS integration for geospatial analysis of portfolio performance, an opportunity analysis tool that provides the capability to evaluate carbon reduction and energy efficiency projects based on financial and environmental criteria, project management capability to manage aspects of abatement projects, and predefined processes and workflows for preventative maintenance. The software also provides Leadership in Energy Design (LEED) checklists to streamline management of LEED certification, and configurable checklist templates to support other green rating systems such as BRE Environmental Assessment Method (BREEAM). TREES can manage energy, carbon emissions, water and waste.
