Verisae suite

Verisae offers a suite of CEMS products that helps organisations to manage site, asset, procurement, enterprise energy management, and maintenance functionality. Verisae’s suite comprises enterprise asset management (EAM), enterprise energy management (EEM), enterprise emissions tracking (EET) which also includes enterprise refrigerant management (ERM) and enterprise asset procurement (EAP). Verisae also offers carbon emission services which includes assisting with carbon inventory, and offering recommendations for reductions and what-if scenarios.

Verisae focuses on providing carbon emissions management software and services that aims to help reduce the total cost of ownership of sites energy and equipment for organisations. Based in Minneapolis, MN, USA, the company has also a physical presence in the United Kingdom, Poland, Thailand, and China, and has been providing CEMS products and services since early 2007. The software offers WRI/WBCSD protocols, EPA Climate Leaders, Carbon Reduction Commitment, Climate Change Act, EU ETS reporting, and CCAR reporting compliance.

The software is delivered as a web-based SaaS application and is hosted by Verisae. It runs on Windows, Linux/Unix, and Apple Mac, and has been written in Java. It supports any database server and is licensed pre site (on per annual or monthly subscription). It can integrate with client AP, vendor AP, utility bill processing interfaces. It is available in US English, UK English, Chinese, Thailand, Polish, Hungarian, Czech, Spanish, French, and German. Standard 24 hour support is provided.

Verisae’s products have the ability manage non-GHG emissions, such as water and waste. It can track emission reduction and specific offset projects, however, do not offer carbon credit portfolio management. Their focus is presently on the operational aspects of greenhouse gas emissions.
